This stair and stainless steel handrail are a study in minimalism where form and function meet seamlessly. JAD achieved the coil-like quality of the handrail by bending continuous arcs at each transition, following the change in pitch through the winder portions of the staircase. The result is a continuous, flowing handrail with a perfect hand-feel throughout.
